Beavers
Beaver Scouts are aged 6 to 8. We introduce our Beavers to lots of different activities and encourage them to have a go, to learn and to make friends. Even though they are just starting their Scouting journey, exploring, playing and doing are important to help develop those all-important character skills.
We usually meet at Ashby Scout Hut, although we often make use of the district campsite just down the road, especially in the summer term, and explore the local area. Many will experience their very first night in a tent, camping with fellow Beavers from across the Ashby and Coalville district.
